Eston City Koru project will be built in Bahçeşehir - Basaksehir, which has hosted a qualified development with prestigious housing projects in recent years, in a design philosophy extension that will differentiate from its peers thanks to the one-to-one relationship it will have with the greenery.. The project, which is located on a sloping land, will contribute to the urban transformation of Istanbul in recent years with its qualified residences, social spaces and unique landscaping by enabling to obtain rich spaces with its natural slopes.

In Eston City “Koru” project, where different demands are maximized by diversifying in order to enrich housing life criteria, housing blocks have a wide range of housing types starting from 2 + 1 to 5.5 + 2. The buildings in the project consist of 2 storey twin villas, 3 storeys with single and duplex types, duplex 4 storey buildings, 5 and 7-8 storey apartments.

In the project, where traditional residential architecture has been modernized and detailed in both the planning plane and the facade design, the design principle of being intertwined with nature has been continued in material choices and the selection criteria have been determined in the extension of the “protect“ metaphor in terms of color and texture.

Access to the villa units sitting on natural sets above the closed car parks is provided by uninterrupted, secure pedestrian roads enriched with landscape areas. Similarly, green tissue is added to the daily life of residential users as an added value in all residential areas and the possibilities of socialization are increased by the established squares.
